Rule 27
Provisions related to formation of joint investigation team
The head of the department, when assigning responsibility for investigation to other agencies or forming a joint investigation team according to section 15 of the Act, may enter into an agreement with the relevant agencies on the following matters:-
(a) Team Leadership,
(b) appointment of Joint Investigation Officer, Assistant Investigation Officer or number, names and specialization of staff,
(c) Area and duration of research,
(d) Provision of necessary means and resources for research,
(e) Other essential subjects.
